At the Teen & Young Adult Defense Firm, we have always stood against abuses of police power and police brutality. We have been disheartened and disappointed in the many events that have recently hit the news as well as the countless other instances of abuse and brutality that never make the news.
For those who have and continue to experience these behaviors, we are here for you.
For those who are on the front lines peacefully protesting these injustices, we are here for you.
We know our contribution may be small compared to the injustices, but we want to do our part and help where we can.
We are offering Pro Bono Representation to any peaceful protestors who were arrested and are facing charges in Fulton County, City of Atlanta, Cobb County, Cherokee County, or in the cities of Marietta, Woodstock, Acworth, Canton, Holly Springs, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Austell, and Powder Springs.
We don’t know where the protests will lead. We don’t know the response that will come. However, we want you to know that you can have your voice heard, without the fear that if you are arrested for protesting peacefully that you’ll have to face the criminal justice system alone.
