Why do we help
“I made a lot of poor choices when I was younger. While I probably had more run-ins with the police and other authority figures between the ages of 13 and 22 than many people have throughout their lives, I was fortunate that I was never charged with anything more than minor traffic offenses. In hindsight, I see how my life could have been derailed if things had gone a little differently for me. My mission is to protect the futures of our younger generation from their mistakes so that they can achieve their full potential.”
– Paul Ghanouni, Owner and Founder
Our team will focus on the individualized plan needed to help move you towards your goals in your case and in your life.
A majority of our clients are facing Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Possession of Marijuana or other drugs, Underage Possession of Alcohol, Shoplifting, or Domestic Violence Charges. However, we have assisted and are available to assist clients with everything from minor traffic offenses to serious felonies.
While we primarily handle criminal cases in Cherokee County, Cobb County, and Pickens County, Georgia, we also represent individuals in some of the surrounding counties.

A bond is an amount of money you must pay to be released from jail pending your appearance in court. If you pay a cash bond the money will be returned to you at the conclusion of the case. However, if you use a bonding company the money you give them is the fee to have them post your bond and you will not get this money back. If you are unable to make the bond that has been set, an attorney can either get you into court at an earlier court date to dispose of your case or he can request a bond reduction hearing for you, and ask the court to lower your bond.
on the past!
Far too often, our clients will get stuck focusing on the past and how they got to where they are. It is important to understand what led you to the situation you are in, but dwelling on those mistakes, or blaming others, will not help you move forward. To move forward, you must focus on your future. When you focus on the future, you can determine what steps you need to take to reach that future.
We encourage our clients to grow as individuals.
Continuing to do the same things that led you to the situation you are in will only lead you back to a similar situation.
